  • Before Breakfast

  • Breakfast

Now in breakfast everyone tells to us you can eats fruits through a whole day is not being honest with you. The truth is that, the best time to eat fruits is in the morning. When the sugars from fruits start distributed nicely through our body. Then you can start taking 2 oranges, 2 apples, a large grapefruit, 2 pears, or any types of similar foods. You can also add a handful of hazelnuts, almonds or nuts to your breakfast.
