you. The truth is that, the best time to eat fruits is in the morning. When the
sugars from fruits start distributed nicely through our body. Then you can
start taking 2 oranges, 2 apples, a large grapefruit, 2 pears, or any types of similar foods. You can
also add a handful of hazelnuts, almonds or nuts to your breakfast.

Your last meal is your
dinner. The main important thing is here that you want to consume your dinner
between 6:00 to 6:30 pm. Your dinner menu should be like-2 hard boiled eggs, mustard
coated salmon (3 to 4 ounces), green salad or cucumber salad with olive oil.

litre of boil water with 4 bags of green tea, mixed it well and drink it before
bedtime. But you do not want to drink the whole green tea before bedtime.
Instead, take your tea between 6:30 pm and your bedtime.
